Our SOLAR ENERGY BOX has a robust cabinet designed to never rust in tropical climates. It also has powerful ventilation systems with highly advanced electronics that will ensure that your power supply is reliable and can work continuously in hostile environments where they are exposed to high temperatures, humidity and dust. Its design also has multiple protections against short circuits, overloads, reverse polarity, low and high voltage that will automatically and promptly disconnect any sensitive load in the event of an incident that puts the connected equipment at risk. It has an intuitive, compact and easy-to-install design.

You can also customize from 2 to 4 lighting outputs that will have their respective fuse, switch and wiring to make it very simple to have not only pure sine wave electricity, but also to be able to illuminate medium-sized or small spaces, both indoors and outdoors.

The SEB-3000 (SOLAR ENERGY BOX) can be sent by any courier service. Its high-quality connections do NOT allow you to make mistakes when installing all its external components, since it has international standards that make it easy for any end user to join all its miscellaneous parts without the need for complex tools. Additionally, you will find an internal English-Spanish manual that will serve as a guide to help you clear up any doubts.
The start-up work can be carried out by anyone, no previous experience or electrical knowledge is required. But we also offer the on-site installation service for an additional cost, if you prefer.

What is the maximum power capacity of the SOLAR ENERGY BOX?
3000W at 120V in stock, but special orders can be placed, subject to prior evaluation by our technical service team.

Can I request a SOLAR ENERGY BOX that operates at 230V?
YES, special order requirements include filling out a form, which you can request through our communication channels.

Is the SOLAR ENERGY BOX available for purchase outside of Costa Rica?
At the moment, we only ship nationwide to all seven provinces of Costa Rica.

Does the SOLAR ENERGY BOX need to be installed by an electrician?
NO, anyone can set it up as long as they follow the manual instructions and take the necessary precautions when handling charged batteries, always respecting the color-coded labels on the device.

If I don’t want to install the SOLAR ENERGY BOX myself, can I request home installation?
YES, an additional charge will apply depending on your location and the selected schedule. However, you will always receive a price quote beforehand for your approval.

Can the SOLAR ENERGY BOX be placed outdoors?
NO, the design does not allow for direct exposure to water or sunlight. It must always be sheltered under a roof to ensure proper functionality.

Can the SOLAR ENERGY BOX power electric tools?
NO, although it features a robust inverter of up to 3.0kW, we do not recommend using it for heavy-duty power tools.

Can I pick up the SOLAR ENERGY BOX at a physical store?
YES, our assembly and technical service workshop is located in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. We also have an open office in San José, in San Francisco de Dos Ríos.

What payment methods can I use to purchase a SOLAR ENERGY BOX?
We accept bank transfers, SINPE Móvil, and credit or debit card payments (only available at our Guanacaste office).
